Afia Schwarzenegger Set To Leave Kasapa FM

Afia Schwarzenegger is set to end her stint at Kasapa FM according to our sources.

Although it’s not yet clear when she would leave and where she could go, there are strong indications that she could be going to the Despite Group since it is rumored that her new BMW car was presented to her by the Despite Group. 

According to our sources, the  new car is part of the reasons why the controversial radio and TV personality could soon be heading out of EIB Network’s Kasapa FM.

Afia is said to have requested for a salary raise and a new car which the EIB management said they are unable to meet.

Kumawood Actor Salinko To Contest As PPP MP

The Progressive Peoples Party’s (PPP) parliamentary primaries is definitely going to be entertaining as hilarious actor, Abraham Kofi Davies aka Salinko may be seeking a parliamentary seat on the ticket of the party.

According to seancitygh.com some influential personalities in the party and party supporters are calling on the actor/cum comedian to contest the MP slot for Atwima- Kwawomang in the December 7, 2016 General Election.

Our sources revealed that the ambition of the party is to gain popularity and poll votes in that area.

Commenting on the calls coming through for him to partake in the coming elections, the actor stated that he has been receiving such requests for quite a while.

“I just returned from Germany and am still working on my Bantama Kwasi Boakye TV series, but I still receive calls, Whatapp chat with members of the PPP with some leading members calling on me to file my nomination.”

Popular Kumawood comic Actor Abraham Kofi Davis commonly known as Rev. Salinko born, 1979 happens to be one of the multi talented actors in Ghana. The Actor who begun his acting career 9 years ago has starred in countless movies in Ghana. He has his own production house ABDAVE PRODUCTIONS, producers of Bantama Kwasi Boakye a TV series on GTV and Metro TV.

The comic actor through his ‘Salinko Help The Needy’ has been visited organizations to solicit for money to help the needy.

Salinko is a married man with two kids. His wife Nancy Owusu is based outside Ghana.

Abraham Kofi Davis is a native of Kwabre – Kenyase, a product of Kings International School at the Kumasi Airport Roundabout and completed Secondary School at Kumasi High.

Appietus You’re Not A Leader – Mark Okraku Mantey Fires Music Producer

Controversial producer and Programmes Coordinator of Hitz FM, Mark Okraku Mantey has descended on music producer, Appietus for calling highlife singer, Nana Quame “senseless”.

According to Mark, the comment from Appietus shows that he isn’t a good leader and therefore all stakeholders should vote against him when he contests for any position in MUSIGA.

As can be recalled, in the run up to MUSIGA’s recent delegates congress, Appietus who was contesting the Presidency of the Union, accused the Obour administration of various acts of corruption. It therefore came as a surprise when the same person decided to accept the position of Talent Discovery And Development Director, under the same administration.

Nana Quame who wasn’t enthused about the development,  called Appietus a hypocrite for accepting the position. It is reported that Appietus in a response to Nana Quame said Nana is senseless for making such a comment.

Mark Okraku Mantey speaking on the issue on Daybreak Hitz said the posture of Appietus clearly shows that he isn’t a good leader. He therefore called on all stakeholders in MUSIGA to reject him anytime he contests any position.

“Appietus, you are not a good leader, you have taken a position in MUSIGA and you cannot even tolerate how your members feel? You start insulting them for criticizing you.

I am telling all of you that if Appietus stands for any position in MUSIGA vote against him, he cannot lead you.

If you take positions that have to do with people, you should know that they will punch you, some will hold you accountable and others will not even believe in your ideas, all you need to do is to accept them in good faith,” Mark said on Daybreak Hitz (Showbiz Review) on Hitz FM with KMJ.

Man faces charges for obstruction for proposing to girlfriend on street

A newly-engaged man is facing charges after he stopped traffic on a busy motorway in Texas to propose to his girlfriend.

Vidal Valldares ground traffic to a halt on Sunday when he popped the question. According to the Houston Chronicle, he was aided by friends who stood in front of lanes of traffic while he proposed to Michelle Wycoff, who accepted.

Mr Valldares posted a picture of the proposal online, with the message: “When you shut down one of the biggest and busiest freeways in the entire country (I45) and you ask your girl if she wants to marry you, that moment is priceless love you @mlwycoff #shesaidyes”.

Speaking to the newspaper, Mr Valldares said he “just wanted to do something different,” and that the highwaywas significant to the couple as it was where they had taken a motorcycle ride on their second date.

Family members claimed the proposal had stopped traffic for approximately 35 seconds.

But Click2Houston reports Mr Valldares will now face a charge of obstructing a highway for his stunt on the I45, according to the Harris County District Attorney’s office.

Despite the couple’s joy at their engagement and the support from their friends, many who were on the highwaywere unimpressed by their actions.

“Not in the middle of the highway, anywhere but there,” Desmond Banks told the news outlet. “It’s dangerous. Too many cars out on 45,” while another person posted: “I’m glad no one got injured, but I do hope there’s enoughphoto evidence to get him fined for pulling this stunt”.

I Didn’t Release n***d Pictures But I Have One – Shatta Wale

Dancehall artiste Shatta Wale, the supposed n***d picture distributor has come out to refute claims that he was responsible for releasing n***d pictures of the wife of one time friend and manager Bulldog.

According to Shatta, Bulldog was actually sleeping with someone else’s girlfriend while they were in Germany and it would do Bulldog a world of good to apologize to the angry boyfriend of the said lady, because he is the one in the possession of the pictures and may release the full album soon.

Narrating his side of the story on Pluzz FM’s AM Pluzz on Thursday, Shatta said he had told two of his Ghanaian friends living in Germany, who escorted him throughout his tour there, to get his laptop and keep it while he rushes to the US for another event.

Shatta Wale continued that one of the gentlemen told him over the phone that he is in possession of pictures that shows Bulldog slept with his girlfriend and he was gleefully eager to leak the n***d pictures he had seen on the laptop to punish Bulldog.

“The young man told me he saw Bulldog making love to his girlfriend, and was wearing his clothes as well. After trying all means to solve the problem amicably which didn’t work, the German Police came in…

They have pictures of the s3x act of Bulldog and the unknown girl on their phones… Though I doubted what they told me about the s3x encounter and stolen clothes, they still attempted calling the Police to report Bulldog,” he told host,Sammy Flex.

The police have the pictures on their phones too? Well Well! Shatta also disclosed that though one of the pictures had been on his phone (for viewing pleasure) since October 17, nobody has seen it.

Yea right! Nana Asiamah, the troubled wife of Bulldog had alleged that Dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale has her n***d pictures and was likely to put them out soon. Watch out for the next episode of this n***d story.

I’ve Improved On My Stage Performance – Bisa Kdei

Ghanaian highlife singer, Bisa Kdei has listened to criticisms from Ghanaians with regards to his poor stage craft.

The musician on Pluzz FM Thursday morning told Sammy Flex, host of the morning show that he has heard many Ghanaians complain bitterly about his stage work but he has worked on it.

The musician who launches his second studio album, “Breakthrough” on Friday, disclosed that he is still learning to be one of the best performers in the country.

“I started from the studio as a recording artiste and I’m learning. Since people started criticizing my stage performances, I’ve been able to improve on that and I’m doing well.”

Bisa Kdei added that he is not worried when people indicate his faults whenever he goes wrong.
