Khloe Kardashian won a courtroom victory and she didn’t even have to show up.
The girlfriend of James Harden/wife of Lamar Odom was being sued by James Ferguson, the Marina Del Rey resident, who claimed his life was turned upside down during a middle-of-the-night fireworks show commissioned by Khloe. He also says the explosions traumatized his dog.
You’ll recall … Khloe threw James Harden a boat party for his 26th birthday and when the clock struck 12 it sounded like a war zone.
Ferguson, who sued Khloe for $7,500 in small claims court, was a no show, so the judge dismissed the case.
She bangs.
