Confident and sexy singer, Efya comes across as a ‘no nonsense taker’, she is vocal and speaks her mind without fear or favour. Due to this attitude, many say she is ‘insane’.
In a chat with Nana Ama Mzbrown on that subject, theJorley singer said the world will not be nice if everyone acts the same.
“We all cannot be sane; someone has to be insane, if not this world will be boring.”
Efya shot to fame when she participated in the maiden edition of the Stars of the Future talent show organized by Charterhouse.
She’s won the Best Female Vocal Performance category at the Ghana Music Awards four times.
Her debut mixtape, T.I.N.T., was released on November 11, 2013.
She recently launched her debut album JANESIS.
