Photos – Samini on rehearsals ahead of #Saminifest2015

The highly celebrated Ghanaian musician, Samini, has been very busy with rehearsals and preparations ahead of his Saminifest jam this year.

 

The music & arts festival dubbed “Saminifest” which is an annual celebration is in its 2nd year running – aprogramme designed to celebrate the works and achievements of Samini (after a decade and over running consistently in the music industry).

This year’s edition comes with the official launch of Samini’s 6th studio album titles “Breaking News”. The album has a vivid blend of Africa’s jamming acts of the moment (of huge international appeal) such as Ice Prince, Tiwaa Savage, Stonebwoy among others.

An exclusive info also has it that Samini has featured Busy Signal and Ce’cile, 2 of Jamaica’s celebrated acts on 2 separate joints too tipped to be on this album.

Saminifest activities began this year on November 21, 2015 (with a clean-up exercise in his home community Dansoman). But main activities run from December 1st to December 5th.
