Taxi Driver Stabs Level 300 University Girlfriend To Death – A UPS STUDENT

A taxi driver has stabbed to death his university girlfriend for cheating on him.

The lady, Jennifer Attieku, a  3rd-year Banking and Finance student of the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA), was stabbed multiple times by the boyfriend who then stabbed himself in an attempt to commit suicide.

He however was saved but the lady wasn’t that lucky and has passed on.

According to the Medical Director of the Pentecost Hospital, Dr. Godwin Attoh, the lady and the gentleman were rushed to the hospital on Thursday morning with stab wounds.

He indicated that though they tried everything possible, they lost the young lady but were able to resuscitate the young man and he’s responding to treatment.

According to information, the young lovers have been dating for the past 5 years but have been having issues recently with the boyfriend accusing her of cheating on him

Sources disclose that the young man went to visit the deceased at her hostel this morning and a misunderstanding ensued which led to the stabbing.

Apparently this young man had threatened the lady two days ago which led to him being reported to the police and being arrested. Checks with the police indicate that he was granted bail just yesterday.
