Ms Nasenyana urged Kenyans to promote local tourism, adding that social media would play a big role in her campaign to create awareness.
“Social media offers the biggest platform to create awareness and with that reason, I intend to use Facebook and Instagram in my campaign,” she said.

Part of her role as an ambassador the New York-based fashionista she will be tasked with marketing the park internationally in a bid to drive tourist traffic to the park.
Tourists get excited and want to visit our beautiful country, but the insecurity levels get them scared. I urge the Government to do more so as to maintain the fame of the country in tourism,” she said.
